I have quite a few pictures to share going back to Valentines Day. The big news in Room 114 is that we've been counting (actual) school days and on Friday we hit 99! So tomorrow we will not only get to compose a 10 with our cubes, but also get to compose a 100. (I was unsure about how we were going to do this with our Unifix cubes, but Mrs. Bauer has a great idea!) We also finished up our chart where we counted animals in different classifications. We've been talking about famous world landmarks in Social Studies and also carrying this over to our literacy group where we are focusing on one landmark at a time and writing about it. Most kids post these writings on Seesaw- thanks to all who follow along and comment.
Hello! We had 4 consecutive days of schools of school this week, and I believe we all enjoyed the consistency and return to structure and routine! (Maybe it was just me!!!)
